The "Active me" project benefits from an € 800 000 grant from Norway through the Norway Grants. The project has been co-financed by the State Budget of the Slovak Republic in the amount of €120 000. The aim of the project is to bring individual health coaching and telehealthcare for seniors aged 60+ as well as group lessons in self-management of chronic health problems.

"Active me"

The goal of the project is to develop and test new intervention protocols to work alongside or instead of traditional health interventions (especially the pharmaceutical ones) for people age 60+.
